General Managers Responsibilities:   

• Ensure Health, Safety & Hygiene policies are adhered to in all departments 

• All Company standards are adhered to in all departments 

• Liaise with all Management and team.  Encourage team work, attend and lead with team and meetings and pass all information on 

• Be aware of guest needs, encourage staff to be guest focused, pre-empt guest dissatisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally and in an agreed manner 

• Ensure opening up/closing down standards/procedures are adhered to  • Initiate and assist with promotional activity  

• Keep displays up to date 

• Help and aid company trainer to ensure staff are trained to company standards. Train team where company trainer isn't available.   

• Communicate with and support all Managers and teams 

• Ensure all guests are delighted.
