In conjunction with the site management and head office the In House Trainer is responsible for initial staff training and a rigourous on going programme of both product and service training.

  • Responsible to:          Operations Manager & The General Manager

    Responsible for:        Maximising efficiency of training, operations and service

    All In house trainers must do the following:

     

  • Ensure Company standards are adhered to in all departments
  • They fully understand the company training guidelines
  • All new starters details are completed on People HR and a copy of their ID has been taken
  • Train new starters on all the Mojo training modules following the 6 week plan set out in the guidelines
  • Ensure all new starters sit their exams and all papers are marked and uploaded onto people HR
  • Conduct refresher training with existing team members once every 6 months
  • Set and mark all cocktail spec tests with both new starters and existing team members
  • Liaise with Operations Manager with any specific brand training the team may need
  • Liaise with Management and Team. 
  • Encourage and help the site to hit annual targets
  • Be aware of guests needs, encourage team to be guest focused. 
  • Ensure opening up/closing down standards/procedures are adhered to
  • Train and assist with promotional activity
